If you (or someone you know) has ever wanted to read an Avengers or Spider-Man comic, something tells me this is the place to start. I’ve seen the EMH cartoon, and if the comic captures even a fraction of the spirit of the show, it’s gonna be boss. (Yes, I said “boss.”)
As for Spider-Man…well, to be honest, for my money, no one writes a better Spider-Man than Dan Slott.
